I have always dreamed of a large, welcoming house with a beautiful table and gourmet and generous cuisine! At La Villatade since 2016, my dream has come true; so it's only natural that I enjoy sharing my recipes with you.

With Richard, life has driven us to many beautiful countries, especially Italy, Turkey, Morocco and Asia. Therefore it is world cuisine combined with local and seasonal products that I use to serve at our "table d'hôtes".

If during your last stay at La Villatade, you enjoyed our meals, and you would like to do some of it at home, well here you are! You’ll find here many of my recipes. Simple and quick recipes, others more sophisticated, generally light but always delicious. Be sure you will find among our best recipes one or more nice dishes to delight your loved ones.
